National Accounts Program
The National Accounts Program is a systematic approach to deliver the quality of laboratory services that consistently exceed our client’s expectations with the commitment to provide “Total Performance You Can Count On”. The clients that are enrolled in the National Accounts Program typically buy a variety of laboratory services from multiple locations throughout the United States. They have come to rely on our national network of laboratories and service centers. Typically, the national accounts utilize a Master Services Agreement that easily provides for the routine procurement of analytical testing services without the need to continually review contract terms and conditions, insurance requirements, and other company specific contract requirements. Each of our national accounts is directed by a National Account Manager who is responsible for delivering the full-service capabilities of SGS Accutest’s laboratory network. He also is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction of the services provided. He is the national account’s advocate within SGS Accutest and effectively networks with all levels of laboratory personal to ensure the client’s quality service needs are met.
