Laboratory

GC Analyst
GCMS Analyst
Outstanding opportunities to develop skills in a state-of-the-art
work environment utilizing GC and GCMS 5973/6890 instrumentation.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year experience in the
analysis of water and soil samples by EPA 500, 600 and/or 8000
series methods. A BS degree in chemistry or a related science
required.

HPLC Analyst
Opportunity to join growing HPLC team. Qualified candidates must
have at least one year HPLC experience. Method development skills
and experience with method SW846 8310 a plus. Will consider GC
or GC/MS experience from an environmental lab. A BS degree in
chemistry or a related science required.

Lab Technician
Entry-level position for a 2- or 4-year science-degreed candidate
to learn organic extractions, metals prep or wet chemistry analysis.
Will train a bright, self-motivated candidate with an interest
in environmental science. Shift flexibility to include days, e
venings and/or weekends.

Client Services

Project Manager
Expansion of our client services department has created a growth
opportunity for an environmental professional to all aspects of
client services. Responsibilities include set-up and maintenance
of client analytical programs throughout the laboratory.
Requires a BS degree in chemistry or a related science and at
least 2 years environmental laboratory experience. Candidates
must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, in addition
to a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Log-in Representative
The Log-in Representative
receives chains of custody and enters project information into
the Laboratory Information Management System. They are
responsible for accurate and timely input of all client information
related to sample receipt, analysis and specific client requirements.
Excellent computer and problem solving skills are necessary.

Sample Management Department

Sample Receiving Technician
Responsibilities include a variety of sample receiving duties
including receipt, verification and processing of incoming water/soil
samples and related paperwork. Must be computer literate, well
organized and detail oriented. Requires some heavy lifting of
sample coolers. Environmental/Chemistry background a plus. 4 1/2
day work week - Hours are Tuesday - Friday 3pm -12:30am, Saturday
8am -12noon.

Field
Services Technician
The
Field Services Technician is responsible for driving to various
client locations and performing field-testing and sample collection.
Must have a clean driving record, and enjoy working outdoors, even
in the extreme heat and cold. Degree not necessary, but a
Science background is helpful 40 hour Haswopper or OSHA training
certification is a plus.

Part-time and Cooperative Education
Part-time and Cooperative Education opportunities are available
for candidates with college-level chemistry coursework and flexible
work schedules to assist in entry-level laboratory duties, general
clerical work and sample management. Shift flexibility to include
days, evenings and/or weekends.
