Accutest Laboratories is the nationwide environmental testing laboratory that has delivered defensible data for over 50 years. Founded in 1956, Accutest is the nation’s 3rd largest environmental testing laboratory combining advanced technology and experienced personnel to deliver “Total Performance You Can Count On”. Our corporate office is located in Dayton, New Jersey. The Accutest Senior Management Team averages over 15 years experience with the company providing the leadership and strategic vision to achieve steady and sustainable growth.

	Phillip B. Rooney Chairman of the Board Mr. Rooney joined Accutest Laboratories in 2009 and serves as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rooney has previously served as a Senior Officer and Director of several public companies including Waste Management Inc. from 1969-1997 and ServiceMaster Inc. from 1997-2003. He serves as a trustee for the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Rooney holds a B.A. from St. Bernard College and served as a U.S. Marine Corps. Officer from 1966 – 1969.
	Andrew Dexter Vice President, Chief Information Officer Mr. Dexter joined Accutest Laboratories in 1994 and has over 28 years of industry experience in systems and laboratory automation. As VP and Chief Information Officer he has developed an overall IS strategy and is responsible for the state-of-the-art Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) throughout the laboratory network.
	Reza Tand Vice President, Operations Mr. Tand joined Accutest Laboratories in 1989 and has over 24 years of industry experience. As VP of Operations, Mr. Tand is responsible for directing and managing the New England and Mountain States laboratories and their staffs. He has received his B.S. in Chemistry from Worcester State College.
	Harry Behzadi, Ph.D Vice President, Operations Dr. Behzadi joined Accutest Laboratories in 1995 and has over 26 years of industry experience. As VP of Operations, Dr. Behzadi is responsible for directing and managing the Southeast, Gulf Coast, and West laboratories and staff. He has received his Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry from Rutgers University.
	David Speis Vice President, Technical Support Mr. Speis joined Accutest Laboratories in 1998 and has over 40 years of industry experience. As VP, Technical Support, he is responsible for Accutest’s Corporate Laboratory providing Accutest with a leadership voice on Federal and State regulatory issues. Mr. Speis is currently Chair of the USEPA’s Environmental Laboratory Advisory Board, a Board member and Treasurer of The NELAC Institute and a member of the Executive Committee for ACIL’s Environmental Sciences Section. Mr. Speis has received his B.S. in Science Education from Northeastern University.
	Stephen Grant Vice President, National Accounts Mr. Grant joined Accutest Laboratories in 1999 and has over 23 years of industry experience. As VP of National Accounts, Mr. Grant is responsible for managing Accutest’s National Account Program and the sales efforts in the Mid-Atlantic States. He has received his B.S. in Chemistry from Kean University.
	Kevin Gibbons National Sales Manager Mr. Gibbons joined Accutest in 2009 and has over 14 years of industry experience.  As National Sales Manager, Mr. Gibbons is responsible for leading the Accutest sales team with a primary objective of growing revenue and developing long term strategies.  He received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
	Kesavalu M. Bagawandoss, Ph.D., J.D. Technical Director Dr. Bagawandoss ("Dr. Doss") joined Accutest in 2010 and has over 30 years of industry related experience.  As Technical Director, Dr. Doss provides technical expertise in the areas of the GHG Rule, Hydraulic Fracturing Fluid Analyses and Fingerprinting Analyses.  He also hosts National and Client specific technical presentations.  Dr. Doss received his B.S. in Chemistry from Loyola College, M.S. in Chemistry from Wichita State University, Ph.D. in Engineering (Environmental) from University of Oklahoma, and J.D., from Southern University Law Center, and served as a Senior Associate Editor of the Southern University Law Review.
	Phillip M. Worby Director, Corporate Quality Assurance Mr. Worby joined Accutest Laboratories in 2007 and has over 32 years of environmental laboratory testing experience. He is responsible for the implementation and oversight of the corporate quality assurance program in each of the laboratories. He has received his B.S. in Environmental Studies from Rutgers University.
	Matthew Cordova Director, Client Services Mr. Cordova joined Accutest Laboratories in 1998 and has over 29 years of environmental laboratory experience. He is responsible for the implementation of client services and project management activities in the laboratory. He has received his B.S. in Marine Biology from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
