unique operating style.
This approach provides each facility with the autonomy it needs to meet the requirements
of local regulatory jurisdictions while conducting business using the procedures that
enable it to most efficiently meet its operational objectives.
The Quality Assurance Program at each facility incorporates all the
elements of ISO Guide 17025 and NELAP. The operations management staff
at each facility is responsible for implementing the program elements
and operating the quality system.
The Quality Assurance Officer at each location monitors the program, provides feedback to local and
corporate management and assists with corrective action and training if necessary.
